Simple Recipe For Happiness
Be extra ordinarily happy all the time by using this simple recipe
Follow this simple NLP recipe from Richard Bandler and you can be SUPER EXTRA-ORDINARILY HAPPY anytime you desire.
1. Think of a time in the past where you felt ecstatic, wonderful, joyful, happy.
2. Close your eyes and imagine that time as vividly as possible. What did you see, hear, feel? Was there a special scent or a delicious taste you experienced at that time?
3. Imagine stepping into that time and having that experience again.
4. Notice the sensations in your body. Some people feel a warm glow in their heart, others have a spinning sensation in their chest whatever you feel is right and good.
5. What if you could double these sensations making the images brighter, the sounds louder, and spinning the good feelings from your head to your toes?
6. Now that you feel super extra-ordinarily happy think about a time in the future where you might want to make yourself feel this good inside. Perhaps later today or in the morning after you hear the alarm clock?
